North Vancouver, BC–When Rama Diallo smiles, she lights up the room. Therefore, it is not difficult to imagine her wearing that smile and the crown delivered to the winner of the Miss Universe Canada 2010 pageant. This young lady, a resident of the North Shore for the last 11 years, is one of 63 women to compete for the title in Toronto on June 14th.
